#86 Starscapes with Andrew Williams

Each of the celestial bodies in space emits a distinctive sound.  This is not only a scientific fact but is a truth found in the Bible.  In Job 38:4 The Lord speaks of a time when "...the morning stars sang together and all the sons of glory shouted for joy." The song of the celestial bodies can best be described as "eerie" and is very similar to the sound of "New Age" music.  This week's guest, Andrew Williams (Bluochre) creates musical "starscapes" which sound like the song of the celestial bodies to express the deepest of emotions and concepts about the universe which are often considered to be "incomprehensible." Could it be that the "New Age" sound could really be based upon the actual sound of the universe?   ----------- Intro and Interlude Music: "Rumblin'" Trey VanZandt (YouTube.com/c/treyvanzandt) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License Space Sounds Provided by NASA under Creative Commons License: https://www.nasa.gov/vision/universe/features/halloween_sounds.html
